04Review automation

Your past clients, recruited as your sales team.

90% of buyers read reviews before choosing an agent, and the agents who win them ask systematically — not when they remember. Realtix asks at the right moment, on the right channel, with one polite follow-up. Then it puts the results to work on your site.

See it work

Closing day to five stars, on rails

The request goes out when goodwill peaks, follows up once, and publishes where buyers are actually deciding.

realtix.ca — reputation
Auto-emailed at closing +1 day: “Congratulations again on the Maple Crescent sale, Priya! Would you share how it went? It takes 40 seconds: realtix.review/p/riley”

Waiting on reply

Reminder scheduled for Thursday if no response — one nudge, then it stops.

Product preview — illustrative data. Requests follow CAN-SPAM/CASL rules: consent-based, one reminder, easy opt-out.

Ask at the moment that matters

01

Triggered by your milestones

Closing registered, offer accepted, keys handed over — the request fires on your transaction milestones, when the goodwill is highest and the memory is freshest.

02

One nudge, then it stops

A reminder if there’s no reply, then silence. Consent-based and polite — the opposite of the review-spam tools that burn your sphere.

03

Routed to where it counts

Google first — it drives local search and the reviews buyers actually read. Happy with a private concern? They reach you directly before anything goes public.

Reviews that work the shift

01

Published to your site, automatically

New reviews flow to your website — beside listings, on your about page, in your neighbourhood pages — with proper schema so stars show in search results.

02

Every review acknowledged

Draft responses in your voice, ready for your one-tap approval. Responded-to reviews signal an agent who is present.

03

The honest picture, protected

Nobody can guarantee five stars. What we guarantee is that the people you served well get asked every time — which is how the ratio moves.

Questions
Is this compliant with CASL and platform rules?

Yes. Requests go to your own past clients, with consent captured in your process, honest sender identity, one reminder, and one-click opt-out. Google’s review policies prohibit incentivized reviews — we never offer anything for one.

What about bad reviews?

The private-feedback path catches most of them: unhappy clients reach you first and you get the chance to fix it. For public criticism, you’ll have a drafted, level-headed response waiting — and a record of the work you did.

How many reviews can I expect?

Depends on volume and timing. Agents closing 2–4 transactions a month typically see one to three new reviews a month within a quarter — which compounds faster than it sounds, because almost none of their competitors ask systematically.
